Information Clause


The Administrator of personal data is the Łukasiewicz Research Network - Institute of Aviation with its registered office in Warsaw (02-256), at Al. Krakowska 110/114. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted at the following e-mail address: iod@ilot.lukasiewicz.gov.pl. Purposes of data processing Personal data are or may be processed for the following purposes: participation in webinars, in particular for participant registration and contact purposes, participation in future webinars for the aforementioned processing purposes, participation in events, conferences,newsletter dispatch,e-mail or telephone contact (for establishing scientific and/or business partnerships),invitations to physical and/or online meetings,customer satisfaction surveys regarding knowledge and research commercialization processes,presentation of offers (for the implementation of marketing activities and strategies),creation of a contact database in the CRM system,collection of information about contact history,sending of inquiries, offers, and conducting transactions between the administrator and the customer.


Legal basis and data subject rights


The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJEU L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1). Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the aforementioned processing purposes. The data subject has the right, under the conditions specified in the Regulation, to request the Administrator to access their personal data, to rectify, erase, or restrict processing, as well as the right to data portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Providing personal data is voluntary; failure to provide data results in the inability to achieve the aforementioned processing purposes. The Administrator does not carry out profiling or automated decision-making based on processed personal data.
